Known for friendly customer service, comprehensive inventory, high-quality workmanship, and solid advice, Worms Lumber & Ready Mix, Inc. has been a staple in Central Minnesota for over a century.
In 1920, with little money and a big dream, our founder Mathias Worms, began dedicating his life to starting his own company. Throughout the next forty years, Math Worms, along with his sons Ralph and Edmund, took the company to new heights. Upon Math’s retirement in 1960, the boys continued to reach for success and formed Worms Lumber & Ready Mix, Inc. In the 1980’s the business transitioned to the third generation owners Steve and Matt. By 1987, all three locations of Worms were operating at full capacity.
Today, Worms Lumber & Ready-Mix, Inc. is still a family-run business with Matthew Worms and fourth generation owners Carl, Brian, and Aaron leading the company.
With locations in New Munich, Sauk Centre, and Long Prairie, Worms has the ability to provide concrete solutions throughout most of Central Minnesota. To get started on your next project, give us a call!
